Standard Features & Options

SENSOR CONTROLS

Sensor disc and proximity sensors provide the control panel with necessary information to keep track of scraper’s position and direction.

SENTINEL CONTROL PANEL

Advanced learning system continuously adjusts to weather, bedding, and manure changes by recalculating the amount of energy required to clean on every cycle.

CABLE CHOICES

Size Options:
Galvanized Aircraft or Stainless Steel Cable:  3/8″, 7/16″, or 1/2″

Plastic Jacketed Galvanized Steel Cable: 3/8″.  This is a cow-friendly option that has superior wear resistance and provides longer service life than steel cable.

SELF-LOCKING RATCHET SYSTEM

The self-locking ratchet system allows easy tightening of cable.

GUARD DOORS

Guard doors provide safety for operators and protects drive unit components.  Opening the door activates a safety interlock that automatically shuts the unit down.

SCRAPERS
FOLDING V SCRAPER

Low-profile scraper wings and folding design allow easy passage for animals and equipment.  Cleans alleys 64″ – 174″ wide.

FOLDING ANGLED TIP-UP SCRAPER

Wings pivot to follow wall tightly for better cleaning; blades tip up and the wings pivot inward on reverse movement. Suitable for alleys with widths from 84″ – 192″ (2.1-4.9 m).

VERSA FOLDING V-SCRAPER

This versatile, low-profile scraper is available in: 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 foot sizes.  Cleans 64″ – 174″ wide alleys with widths.  Choose from three economical, replaceable blade edges: AR400 steel, rubber, or urethane.
